The Reach Program was designed by the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank to provide food to homebound adults. The Reach program is a form of Food Bank Delivery. This initiative assists these members of our community by providing basic food items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, milk, eggs, and other nutritious foods. Volunteers deliver food once a month to these individuals. While this doesn’t provide home delivered meals for seniors and homebound adults, it does provide them with food ingredients for meals.

Volunteers meet at Fort Hill United Methodist Church on a given Tuesday from 3:00-5:00 PM to sort, bag and deliver food.

If you would like to volunteer for the Reach Program, please contact Kendra Toney at
