Our musical ensembles are back in full swing this Fall! As the weather cools down and the nights get longer, our sanctuary choir, bell choir, and instrumental ensembles are working towards presenting two special musical events during our Sunday morning worship on Oct. 30 and Dec. 11.
Music Sunday
On Oct. 30 we will have a “Music Sunday” during which we’ll celebrate music throughout the history of the church, as we sing and play many of the spoken elements of worship as musical selections. Each of our ensembles will contribute to this service, as well as several guest musicians and community members. We hope you’ll be able to attend as we commemorate the great history of the Christian Church and the future work that God is calling us to.
Lessons and Carols
On Dec. 11 we will hear the Christmas story through the Scriptures, hymns, and choral selections during our Lessons and Carols service. Please join us as we celebrate the birth of Jesus through song while surrounded by the beautiful Christmas decorations in our sanctuary. Hope to see you there!
